The story

How the evening unfolded

A waterfront Dubai villa turned into a sequence of rituals for Tripti & Punyas. Guests arrived to a floral welcome for Mehendi & Gidda, dined at lilac lace tables on the lawn, and celebrated Haldi and Sangeet against pink jaali screens, sunflowers, and evening light on the water.

Chapter 01

Welcome to Mehendi & Gidda

The Khanna family celebration opened with a floral welcome board for Tripti & Punyas’ Mehendi & Gidda — purple and yellow blooms against the waterfront.

Chapter 02

Lilac tables on the lawn

Round tables in textured lilac lace, white chair covers, and soft centrepieces sat on green turf under globe lights — a garden reception composed for conversation and photographs.

Chapter 03

A lounge of pink and sunflower

The Mehendi lounge was pure festival: a carved white settee, hot-pink jaali screens, pedestals of lilac and yellow florals, and sunflowers spilling toward the pool.
