How the Evening Unfolded

Heart2Heart recommended Al Seef Heritage Hotel for its creek-side character, then delivered end-to-end hotel decorations for the wedding and reception. Tables, florals, and entrance elevation were composed as one look so guests felt the celebration from the first step into the property.

Chapter 01

Venue Recommendation

We shortlisted and recommended Al Seef Heritage Hotel for its waterfront setting, guest flow, and heritage rooms that could hold both ceremony and reception. Venue recommendation meant matching the couple’s rituals and guest count to a hotel we could decorate end to end — not a room chosen from a brochure alone.

Chapter 02

Hotel End-to-End Decorations

From load-in to last candle, Heart2Heart directed the full hotel decoration plan at Al Seef — colour story, lighting, draping, and guest circulation — so every corridor and room read as one celebration rather than separate rented pieces.

Chapter 03

Entrance Elevation Decorations

The first impression was designed as carefully as the reception room. Entrance elevation décor — florals, structure, and light at the hotel threshold — welcomed families into the evening and set the tone before a single guest reached their seat.

Chapter 04

Tables Decorations

Every seat was considered: textured chargers, citrus place cards, orange favours, and a runner of bud vases with white blooms, fruit, and candlelight. Table decorations at Al Seef felt fresh and personal — never a single heavy centrepiece repeating down the room.

Chapter 05

Flowers Decorations

Florals tied the hotel together — urn installations against heritage stone, cascading vines, white calla and rose compositions, and soft aisle moments. Flower decorations were designed for Dubai heat, long evenings, and the ivory-and-green story that defined Al Seef that night.
